Job Description:

Cerevia is looking for a motivated and compassionate ADHD Coach to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work with teens and adults to strengthen executive functioning skills, improve organization, build sustainable routines, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals. Through personalized coaching sessions, you will provide practical guidance, accountability, and encouragement that empowers clients to make lasting progress.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting individuals with ADHD and understands the everyday challenges associated with time management, focus, emotional regulation, and productivity. You are passionate about helping clients build systems that work for their unique needs while collaborating closely with clinicians and families when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ADHD coaching tailored to each client's goals and strengths.
Help clients develop effective routines, planning systems, and organizational strategies.
Support executive functioning skills, including time management, prioritization, and task completion.
Encourage accountability through regular coaching sessions and progress reviews.
Teach practical techniques for improving focus, emotional regulation, and productivity.
Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care when needed.
Maintain accurate coaching records, session notes, and progress documentation.
Empower clients to build confidence, independence, and sustainable habits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Coaching, or a related field.
Professional training or certification in ADHD coaching is preferred.
Experience working with teens and adults with ADHD or executive functioning challenges.
Strong understanding of ADHD, goal setting, and behavior change strategies.
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
Ability to build trusting, supportive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ADHD coaching, life coaching, counseling, or a related role.
Experience supporting executive functioning, organization, and productivity skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to client-centered coaching, continuous professional development, and evidence-informed practice.
