Job Description:

Cerevia is seeking a friendly and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for children, families, and individuals seeking our services. You will coordinate appointments, assist with client inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure every visitor receives compassionate, professional support throughout their journey with our clinic.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to create a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience for every client.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and families while creating a warm and supportive environment.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for clinicians and therapy services.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and general client inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate communication between clients, families, and clinical staff.
Assist with client onboarding, intake forms, and appointment reminders.
Process payments and support general front desk operations when required.
Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in client services, healthcare administration, or a customer support role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with scheduling systems and standard office software.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting is an advantage.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client care, reception, or administrative support.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
