Job Description:
Cerevia is seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our clinic. In this role, you will oversee administrative processes, coordinate clinical and support teams, manage scheduling, and ensure the practice operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and supporting clinicians so they can focus on delivering exceptional therapy services.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience managing healthcare or allied health practices. You are passionate about improving operational efficiency, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring every client receives a seamless and professional experience from their first appointment to ongoing care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, clinician availability, and appointment coordination.
- Supervise administrative and client care teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate communication between clinicians, administrative staff, and families.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain records, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of clinic staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing a healthcare, therapy, or allied health practice.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with practice management software, scheduling systems, and administrative operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and improve operational performance.
